Welcome to Aaradhya Disposal Industries Ltd. (hereafter “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, and your purchase or import/export of any goods supplied by us, including but not limited to PE-coated bottom rolls, paper cup blanks, ripple paper and related products (collectively “Products”). By accessing or using our Website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Company Overview

Aaradhya Disposal Industries Ltd is a manufacturer and exporter of high-quality paper-based products — including PE-coated bottom rolls, paper cup blanks, ripple paper, and other packaging materials. We supply domestic and international clients, adhering to quality and export compliance standards. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order, and to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You warrant that any information you provide (company name, shipping address, customs details, etc.) is accurate and complete.

3. Product Information & Quality

We endeavor to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications (e.g. GSM, coating type, roll width) and images on our Website/catalogue. However, due to natural variations in raw materials or printing/coating processes, actual product appearance (color, texture, finish) may differ slightly. All specifications provided are approximate and subject to change without prior notice. For export orders, final specifications will be confirmed in the sales contract or pro-forma invoice.

4. Orders & Acceptance

  • All orders placed are subject to acceptance and product availability at the time of order confirmation.
  • Prices quoted are provisional until we confirm the order. We reserve the right to revise prices before order confirmation.
  • For export orders, quoted prices do not include shipping, duties, taxes, customs clearance, or any import-related charges — these are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Any order placed constitutes acceptance of these Terms, unless a separate written agreement is signed.

5. Payment & Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be as specified in the pro-forma invoice or contract. Unless otherwise agreed, full payment is required before dispatch.
  • Accepted payment methods will be specified in the invoice or agreement (e.g., wire transfer, letter of credit, etc.).
  • In case of payment default, we reserve the right to suspend delivery or cancel the order. Additional charges or interest may apply for overdue payments.

6. Shipping, Export & Delivery

For export orders, we will ship goods using reliable logistics partners. Delivery timelines depend on destination, shipping method, customs clearance, and any other external factors beyond our control. Once goods are shipped, risk and responsibility pass to the buyer. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by customs, carriers, natural events, or other third-party actions. Buyers are responsible for providing correct shipping address, customs information, and ensuring timely customs clearance.

7. Inspection, Damage & Claims

Upon receipt of goods, buyers should inspect the shipment immediately. Any damage, short-shipment, or defect claims must be notified to us in writing (with photos / documentation) within 7 days of delivery. We will review and, at our discretion, provide replacement or refund only for verified defects or damage occurring during transit (provided packaging was uncompromised). Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for refund or replacement.

8. Intellectual Property & Use of Materials

All intellectual property — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, product designs, packaging artwork, website content, images, and promotional material — remains the sole property of Aaradhya Disposal Industries Ltd. Without prior written consent, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any such materials for commercial purposes. Use of our brand name, product names, or images in your marketing, packaging or resale requires our explicit permission and compliant license agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

Our Products are supplied “as is” and to the best of our ability. We disclaim any warranties — whether express or implied — including warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profit, business interruption, or reputational loss) arising out of the use or inability to use our Products or services. Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific shipment or order.

10. Compliance & Export Regulations

All exports will be carried out in compliance with applicable Indian export laws, international trade regulations, and shipping guidelines. Buyers are responsible for complying with import laws, customs regulations, duties, taxes, certifications, and all other legal requirements in their country of import. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if compliance requirements are not met or if doing business with the buyer becomes unlawful under any jurisdiction.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or non-performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control — including, but not limited to, natural disasters, epidemics, war, civil unrest, strikes, transport disruptions, customs delays, or compliance restrictions. In such cases, we may suspend or cancel orders without liability. Delivery timelines will be extended accordingly.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Madhya Pradesh, India.

13. Amendments & Updates

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be published on our website. Continued use of our website or placing orders after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
